We brought additional economic development assistance to this long-time manufacturer to maximize their growth and opportunity. With the assistance of the Inclusion Grant, Imagine Baking was able to create 15 new jobs for our community.

Essence by Grace worked with RISE to learn more about potential grants options for small businesses. By meeting all the requirements and accomplishing the necessary steps, Essence by Grace was able to receive an MBET Startup Scholarship.

Working with RISE, BODY by Erica Taylor was able to seek expert guidance in the form of referrals around communications. BODY by Erica Taylor also utilized our wealth of knowledge on various state certifications to access additional resources.

Working with RISE, C-1st LLC was able to connect with essential local, state, and federal agencies necessary to get his business up and running. Once complete, we connected C-1st LLC with various resources to build and scale their business.

We worked with The Washington to provide a unique financing tool that allowed for over $2.5 million dollars in investment to bring a historic site back to life.

We supported Everwild Spirits during the planning stage of their business. Assisting in locating a distribution center in Huron and connecting them with local leaders for the rehabilitation of a dilapidated site in downtown Sandusky.

We worked with American Colors Inc. to connect them with critical utility partners, trusted design and construction companies, and our State of Ohio Economic Development Corporation JobsOhio.

We supported this online retailer’s growth by providing the research and data necessary to make critical business decisions.

We worked with Exsurco Medical to secure a workforce training grant to retain and upskill employees as they diversified business into a new industry.

We provided critical site information to allow for quick sale of property, bringing Huron Corporate Park to full occupancy.
