WORKFORCE TRAINING

Innovating by repurposing existing technology to enter a new market, Exsurco and its parent company Bettcher Industries had an immediate need to retrain staff from sales and manufacturing of food equipment to medical equipment. As the company’s pivot created 50 new jobs, ECEDC worked to secure a JobsOhio training grant for the company in support of their employment growth and $12million investment.
