TRANSFORMATIONAL REDEVELOPMENT

ECEDC worked with the Hogrefes to build and manage the Emerging Sandusky Business Grant, an entrepreneur-supporting rent abatement program, to drive occupancy in this historic building. After helping to secure tenants, ECEDC shifted its attention to marketing and promotional support, planning a Grand Opening event that attracted over 4,000 visitors.
